Unfortunately have no choice but to leave a 1 star review. I placed my order at 4:37pm on a Thursday. Went to the store to... pickup at 4:55pm, and the door was locked and the store was closed. The posted hours in the JJ online app were open till 6pm,and they accepted my online order and charged my order. I get that there are still staffing issues post COVID, but why would youaccept my order, and charge me? Why not post updated hours? Why waste customers time? This erodes all trust in consistent hours,and we for one will not be back here. Read more

It took 1/2 hr for them to make and delivery a sandwich across the parking lot from their location at 3pm when they should have... no other customers. Not freaky fast, that?s for sure. Sandwich was ok, but not a lot of meat on it. I got a lettuce wrap withextra meet. They gave me a whole lot of lettuce with very little meat. I wouldn?t have even been willing to pay the basic pricefor this sandwich given how little meat it had, let alone the charge for the extra meat.
