Worst experience ever. I order a sub to be ready by 1130. I got there at 1130 and it wasn't ready. So I waited until 12 noon and... my food still wasn't being worked on. I was at this location Sunday, October 9th 2022 at 6pm. There was a bigger, short white man and a taller built black dude behind... the counter. From the moment me and my husband walked in the short white guy made multiple comments about walking out mid shiftto go see a movie. He had an enormous attitude with every customer the entire time. He served a customer that ordered AFTER uswho ordered a grilled sub just like ours before us. A lady asked him if he was out of tomatoes because she wanted Mike's way,and he pointed to two wrinkly tomatoes and said that's what I have. She said oh so no you don't have tomatoes to which hereplied, no or else they would have been on the sandwich. A completely terrible jersey Mike's experience compared to the manywonderful ones I have had. If you don't like your job or consistently, in front of customers state how little you care for yourjob like this man did, then he shouldn't be working. Period. Read more
Friday 9/30 we went to the Big Beaver Rd store in Troy. It was 8:45 pm and we ordered a chicken chipotle sub (#42) and were told... we couldn?t have that because she had already cleaned the grill! Even though the sign on the door says closing time is 9:00pmand online it also states that I guess the REAL closing time is ?..AFTER THEY CLEAN THE GRILL!! Read more

Horrible customer service. Took 45 minutes for an online order. Watched at least 6 walk-ins get served and leave while waiting... for my order. Was treated very rudely when I asked for an update on my order, was snapped at and told to be patient! Watchedthem finally make my sandwich, it had been sitting in queue for the entire 30 minutes I had stood there waiting to be finishedbut they kept moving the walk-ins ahead of my sandwich. I had already pre-paid (and included a 20% tip!) but they didn't care. Filed a complaint online about my experience with Jersey Mikes that has also gone unanswered, they obviously don't give a d***about customer service. I will not go back. Read more
Got the giant Portobello Mushroom Sub, was surprised to see that it was available at this location while the app and website did... not have it in their options. Friendly people, good variety of toppings but can improve their sandwich varieties Read more
I am very happy with the subs I receive from this location! I wouldnt go anywhere else for a great hot or cold sub. My personal... preference is a hot sub, so I go for the Philly Cheesesteak. Takes a few minutes extra but that is because the meat is cooked toorder. Fast and friendly service! Read more
