Ridiculous prices $9 for a small cone ice cream ridiculous and it taste nasty
**update12/2/21** I went back today and the manager was the nicest guy!! We talked about the cost of everything going up and I... honestly want to say our chat made me want to pay the higher prices. The shake is delicious, as always, way better then anyother place, but the customer service is unmatched. So happy I went back!! If you know any hard workers send them there, becausethey are hiring and need more great ppl working there like the manager!! Just an FYI, the prices have definitely gone up. Iusually pay about $6.88 for a small dulce de leche shake from here. Today it cost $8.96 so this is the last time I'll buy amilkshake from them. Shake shake it is for me. Read more
Delicious in taste as usual and several options to choose. Portions are decent too. But service is very very slow and there is... no protocol followed in terms of who came first, just picking at random people and serving. Read more
Banana Split and Almond Swiss Vanilla are good flavors
I took two cone ice creams with cones Mango and Chocolate . Mango taste was no were near to mango. Quality of ice cream is not... at all good. My son had stomach upset and omitting. Also it is overpriced. For two ice cream I paid almost $20. Read more
Omg I was just there got an ice cream banana sundae that cost 8.98 and I gave her a 20.00 and she give me back only 1.04 cents... and I ask her how much was again and I told her I give u a 20.00 she like oh . Total Ripoff and customer service is awful. If I could rate this store negative, I would do that. I ordered a dazzler for my 3... year old for $9 and the person making it put 2 scoops of ice cream instead of 3 and filled the cup with strawberry, blueberry,and whipped cream and then chuckling with his buddies in the back about what a great job he did cheating customer of there moneyby not even giving a portion that a customer was paying for. My son was running away in the mall so i simply paid the cashier togo grab my son and later realizing that i was completely ripped off when i started feeding my 3-year old the Sunday. The storehas too many attendants but the quality of customer services is awful and looks like the the attendants are trained to serve alower portion. It was a complete turnoff. Read more
