I was just at Escape for my daughter?s school end of season volleyball party. This place was so clean, arcade was so nice and... updated and the staff was so good that I would go back there anytime I thought of bowling or having a party. Rebecca madeplanning this party so easy and she was so kind and accommodating. We need more people like her in the customer serviceindustry. The executive chef was so kind and their food was WOW! The best food I?ve ever had at a bowling alley. Don?t expectyour ordinary pizza, fries and burgers. Their food is gourmet food but not gourmet prices. All of us parents were complimentingthe food, the service and the nice facility. We drove 30+ minutes to get to this place from Bloomfield Hills but it was so worthit!!! Read more

We just had my son?s laser tag birthday party at Escape, and I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful everything was! The... room was spacious, clean, and didn?t have blaring loud music (like many birthday parties I?ve attended at other venues), thestaff was incredibly friendly and efficient, the pizza was delicious, and everyone had a blast! 5 out of 5, would definitelyrecommend! Overall, not bad. A little pricey for bowling and my one gripe is there?s no grace period on the hour of bowling. Halfway... through the 9th frame time was up and off it went. Most alleys I?ve been too gone a few extra minutes to finish a game if you?reclose. I wasn?t going to pay for a whole hour just to bowl a frame and a half. Shoe rentals leave something to be desired.While I don?t expect anything nice, two of the three pairs rented had large holes in them. Drinks from the bar were reasonablypriced, good and fast. Food is reasonably priced. There is no vending machines except for one broken one, so the bar is youronly choice for food and drinks. Cleanliness was good. The place was pretty clean overall, though I did just get there whenthey opened so there wasn?t really time for it to get messy. Read more
Very impressed with the environment. My children had a blast and my family in law just loved it. The only issue is the young... staff behind the counter. They are to invested into them selves to notice when people are waiting and some not all but some arevery rude. No smiles, no eye contact, and when you go to get little gifts from the tickets they tell you how many tickets andturn away right away they don?t just wait they yo interested in there friends that work there with them. Went for bowling ($50 4 kids/shoes for 1 hour on Sat), lunch (4 kids, 2 adults, 4 drinks), 30 mins of arcade ($15/per kid),... Lazer tag ($8/per kid for ~15-20 mins). Great place. Clean, smoke free, not too big, family friendly, clean bathrooms(w/changing table in women's bathroom). Will definitely go again. Read more
Decided to take the kids bowling and reserved in the VIP section. I have 4 notes. (1) When we arrived, the VIP section was... reserved for a birthday party and had too many people with 0 masks on. This party had reserved all lanes except for the one Ireserved which happened to be the middle lane number 29. The place was extremely dirty, because of the birthday party. If abirthday party is occupying 99% of the VIP section, why did you allow me to reserve at the same time? (2) lane 29 was notoperating when we arrived, the screen had an error message. So we waited for 15 minutes to get fixed, and they told us they willgive us 10 minutes back. (3) no extra time was given to us. (4) I have 2 young kids that need to have the bars up to prevent theball falling, the left side bar was not working. I asked for help fixing this issue, two guys came out to help and they justpulled on it. They told me it was fixed, 1 minute later it stopped working again. Will never go back! Read more
Grandkids took me there for my birthday. I wanted to go bowling. Best place ever. It catered for all ages. It also included and... paintball pinball machines as well as bowling. Food was great.
