Avoid this Dunkin? Donuts at all costs! I mistakenly missed the order Speaker, so I asked to order a coffee at the window, and... they told me to drive all the way back around the line was extremely long. The customer service was below acceptable. Upon entering the store, the employees seemed like they were having too much fun and... didn't appear to care about our order. My cappuccino was made incorrectly. I ordered two and was half full (had absolutely nosteam milk). When asked the employee (a young blonde girl with braided hair), she responded with attitude, grabbed the cup andadded more milk to it. Went back a third time since it still wasn't foamy. I asked if she could please remake the beverage. She said "I already told you that the milk settles." I didn't appreciate the tone in her voice. I politely asked if she couldremake it this time completely. She said "that's what I'm doing." I waited and received the remake. She set the beverage downwithout any comments and walked away. It was cold and not foamy at all. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer serviceand quality of beverage. I do not recommend this location. I will not be going back. I thought I?d try it again after acouple of years still horrible. Jessica was so rude to me when I asked her about my order three times. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I randomly decided to open up the sandwich (which I never do) and saw that there was... half an egg and half a sausage. Quite comical.
