You see most workers hardly doing anything, while a few of the other workers are busting their butts. Angela is my favorite. She... goes above and beyond and I?ve watched her work hard while other workers are just standing around. I like Ken too. He?shardworking and appears to have a smile often. My daughter gave her son his 2nd birthday party here and we were not happy at all. Chuck E. Cheese had absolutely minimal... interaction with the children, which was really disappointing especially when they were looking forward to dancing with him. Henever showed up when they were singing Happy birthday either. The only reason it got 2 stars was because my grandson enjoyedrunning around all day, other than that I would have given them 1 star. Prices are awful. 10$ for a individual pizza. 30$ for 2 hours of games. Overall a large waste of money for the small amount of... games and prizes available. Will not be returning. My 4 year old daughter said she would rather go to the library. Make somechanges and maybe it wouldn't be so empty all the time. Read more
Had my son's 2nd birthday party here Saturday. I had his 1st here as well. I guess a lot changes in the course of a year. His... party this year was horrible. Our "host" was missing for most of the party which is only 2hrs. I had to look for him every timeI had a question or needed something. The facility was great but the host made the party stressful and I missed most of the fundue to trying to look for another employee to take care of us since I couldn't find the person assigned to out party. Disappointed at the wait time to make the smallest pizza ever. I ordered a personal pizza and waited almost an hour to get the... pizza. It wasn't even busy at all!!! It was early in the morning too! I go and ask for a refund after I noticed the chef is justsweeping and cleaning the kitchen. After I go ask for refund because obviously they forgot about me, they tell me its comingright out, which was a lie. 10-15 mins later my buzzer goes off and I go up and grab the smallest pizza in the world and I'mjust thinking to myself I waited an hour for this?????? Went to Chuck E Cheese for the first time as an adult/parent and it was a blast! Went for a 5 year Olds birthday, and the... unlimited play was so much fun! And the pizza is as good as ever!!! My son will have his next birthday here now! Read more
We go to the Troy location because it?s a bigger location, clean, and my daughter enjoys it. However, we do not like going there... because of customer service. Some of the employees are so rude. When we did the survey about our experience, we got harassed bythe manager which made me very uncomfortable. He was arguing in front of my daughter, causing her to cry and us leaving. Andwhat?s worse, he claimed it was a racial issue. Had NOTHING to do with his race, it was his attitude. What was suppose to be anice family day turned into a terrible experience. Sadly, another manager is standing right next to him letting him carry on hisrant because he didn?t like I did the survey and left honest feedback. Never again will we return to this location, Not ever!!!The manger was wrong and handled the situation very poorly. Surveys are there for customers to give feedback, regardlesspositive or negative. It?s a reflection of our experience. This experience caused me to cancel my daughters upcoming party. Willnot return again. If the bad attitude starts with the manager, of course it Carrie?s throughout the staff. And if CEC corpallows there employees to harass customers this way, then it?s an establishment we no longer need to support. So sad to havesuch a terrible experience in a kid friendly place. We were having a great time celebrating my grandbaby's birthday. We were at the end of the party getting ready to open gifts... when a fight broke out!!! There were so many children there...toddlers up. Very scary, ruined the experience! Read more
