You see most workers hardly doing anything, while a few of the other workers are busting their butts. Angela is my favorite. She... goes above and beyond and I?ve watched her work hard while other workers are just standing around. I like Ken too. He?shardworking and appears to have a smile often. If it weren?t for Angela and Ken, I would probably rate this 3 stars. Angela andKen have made this a pleasant experience. Wish I could say the same for some of the other workers. Read more
My daughter gave her son his 2nd birthday party here and we were not happy at all. Chuck E. Cheese had absolutely minimal... interaction with the children, which was really disappointing especially when they were looking forward to dancing with him. Henever showed up when they were singing Happy birthday either. The only reason it got 2 stars was because my grandson enjoyedrunning around all day, other than that I would have given them 1 star. Prices are awful. 10$ for a individual pizza. 30$ for 2 hours of games. Overall a large waste of money for the small amount of... games and prizes available. Will not be returning. My 4 year old daughter said she would rather go to the library. Make somechanges and maybe it wouldn't be so empty all the time. Read more
Had my son's 2nd birthday party here Saturday. I had his 1st here as well. I guess a lot changes in the course of a year. His... party this year was horrible. Our "host" was missing for most of the party which is only 2hrs. I had to look for him every timeI had a question or needed something. The facility was great but the host made the party stressful and I missed most of the fundue to trying to look for another employee to take care of us since I couldn't find the person assigned to out party.
