We love Chipotle, but this past month, when we ordered our food two separate times on the app, the locations were closed when we... went to pick our order up. Nothing on the app notified us. My daughter went to 3 chipotle locations this past Saturday st 3pm..2were closed. Our credit card was charged both times. I have called the number for refunds?waiting for a credit. I understandhelp is hard to find and places must close, but something on the app needs to be fixed so you are immediately notified that yourorder is cancelled and you are not charged. Read more
This store is pretty bad. I placed on online order for pickup The afternoon of October 1st with grubhub. I get to the location... to pickup and they are closed. Grubhub wouldnt not refund my order as they said it "was already being made". So, out the moneyand no food either. Read more
Ordered via the app for a mobile pick up at 6pm on a Thursday. Upon arriving to the drive through pick up area, I see a sign... that reads "Sorry, we're closed. For order that got through before our online system was shut off, call ____________ forrefunds". At 6:30pm?? Normal dinner hours? Not only disappointing but a complete inconvenience. There were a few other cars inline so I know there must have been a good amount of people in my same situation. I love this chipotle when operational but whoever manages the store and corporate needs to make sure app orders don?t get... accepted. To Chipotle, pay people more so this doesn?t happen, to the store manager please communicate with corporate so youdon?t waste someone?s time. I was able to get a refund but still this is annoying.
