I was here at 4:49pm today October 17th and this man who was making my tacos on the line was absolutely amazing. He was so kind... and listened to exactly what I wanted. After a disaster mobile-order-gone-wrong at another Chipotle location in the area, we came to this location looking to pick up... dinner. We waited in line for 30+ minutes. There were 6 people in front of us when we got there. The workers were quite rude tocustomers and noticeably being rude to each other which made things more uncomfortable. The food selections were down to 2 meatoptions and they were out of a few other toppings. And to top it all off, everyone's food was slid through a puddle of sourcream at the end of the line that nobody seemed to think about cleaning up. So we walked out after 30 minutes of waiting for 6people to get served with a wrapped burrito smothered in sour cream and a bowl that had a soggy bottom from the sour cream thatit sat in. Unfortunately have no choice but to leave a 1 star review. I placed my order at 4:35pm on a Thursday. Went to the store to... pickup at 4:58pm, and the door was locked and the store was closed. The posted hours were open till 10pm, and they accepted myonline order and charged my order. I get that there are still staffing issues post COVID, but why would you accept my order, andcharge me? Why not post updated hours? Why waste customers time? This erodes all trust in consistent hours, and we for one willnot be back here. Read more

This restaurant serves food that is designed to be forced into your mouth either in handheld form or loaded in with a utensil. ... This is how they intend for you to eat so therefore this is how they serve you the food. Taste and presentation are mereafterthoughts. Take some pride in what you are making and actually listen to the customer when they ask for something, ornothing. Imagine you are the one trying to eat the hulking monstrosity of a burrito that you served. And then ask how can Iimprove on this process. After you have taken sufficient time in quiet contemplation, let me know and I might return. Untilthen, I will find sustenance elsewhere. That is all. Read more
This location was my least favorite. That has recently changed after the new addition of a wonderful employee named Gabe.... Anytime he?s working the line flows so fast.
