Very odd experience for a mall, not used to having a greeter me you to take your order and payment then go to two stalls to wait... at a single counter... Lots of people just hanging out behind the counter while it looked like two peppers were busting theirbutts to get food out. Definitely not a typical Chick-fil-A experience. Read more
This was my first time ever eating Chick fil A. I am not impressed. Was it better than McDonald's Chicken Sandwich, yes. But not... worth the wait time nor the cost. Definitely overrated. Sidenote: poor signage. You need to make sure someone who is new knowswhere to go to order. How does that happen? Signage. There was one and only one sign showing you where to enter to order andthat sign was not in the walking path from the escalator to the counter. Once I asked about where to go, the staff was extremelypleasant but they had also been ignoring me for 10 full minutes prior. Read more
Just ordered through Door Dash an 8 piece chicken nuggets and a side salad? with taxes, delivery charge and tip ~ came to over... $31????! OK , I?ll pay for the convenience but the quantity of the food I received was laughable, sadly. The side salad was moreof a sample taste that you would get at Costco and the 8 (yes, eight) chicken nuggets were more like 3 diced up into miniatureportions. Thought at least I would possibly get perhaps 2 meals out of this order ? hell, I?m thinking what am I going to orderfor dinner today? The taste is very good ????, We requested some of the "Chick-fil-A Sauce" which goes great with the sandwiches! It's great that... you can request as much as you need and it will not change the overall price of your orders, that's much appreciated! There are so many people who hype Chick-fil-A up, and frankly, I disagree because there is nothing hype about food that is not... fresh after waiting for so long to receive your order. - Spicy Deluxe Sandwich and the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich: Bothsandwiches, I instantly noticed the greasy and soggy bun. The chicken appeared to be dark brown in color instead of the "goldenbrown" it shows on their menu and website. The chicken was dry and not fresh because there was no crisp to it. - Chick-n-Strips:These were somewhat decent because4 they were not as dry as the rest of the food I ordered. But it still could have beenbetter. - Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fires: I do not like fires that are old, dry, and stiff. When waiting for such a long timefor my order, it sets the expectation that the food will be fresh. But why is it I cannot have that same hyped Chick-fil-A asmany others are having. Read more
Beyond appreciative, excellent management and staff. I had my iPhone repaired at the Apple Store and was still waiting for my... cards to transfer over to my wallet (I typically Apple Pay). I covered 1/2 of the transaction and stepped aside while I waitedfor my cards to sync and to my surprise - they covered the rest for me.
