I went there last night before I went to the AMC theater, and it was good. Nobody else was there, but they were open. I... ordered the Impossible Whopper and it was very soft and succulent in its texture. I really have to hand it to them, it was notdry at all and the added cheese was all melted. My drink was ginger-lemon Diet Coke, and then I refilled it with cherry DietCoke, so they had one of those variety machines. Toward the end, a nice couple came in, and they were pretty cool. Ordered multiple fish sandwiches today and 2 order of chocolate chip cookies. The lady that gave us the fish sandwiches gave us... the nastiest look while she handed us our orders. She didn?t even return the thank you. On top of all these, they charged me for2 order of cookies but only gave me 1 order. Will I be going back here? What an unfortunate experience! After going inside the empty dining hall, we were greeted with such rude and annoyance from the... employees. The inside of the dining hall was unhygienic with trash still left on the tables. Also, they gave us the wrong orderand stated that the wrong order was our fault. I ordered about 40$ worth of food for mylittle kids and there friends for an event. I realized my order was extremely incorrect... when I arrived at my children's event. I called the location SEVERAL times and even left a voicmail like it instructed me to doand never received a call back. 90% of the food I purchased went to waste in the trash because it was not food that the littlekids eat hence not what I ordered.. as a single mother today 40$ in fast food to go in the trash is not acceptable and the factthat I could not get any response or customer service is even worse. Snotty little cashier lady hates her job. And nobody hardly here yet food took forever. Avoid if possible unless drive thru, bc... they prioritize drive-thru and the lady is slow or something. Constantly mad. Read more
