" DEFROST " YOUR FREEZER ALL YOUR ICE CREAM IS HALF WAY MELTED. The owner knows or doesn't care about the thick layer of ice... that's built up in every freezer at this location. You need to turn off your freezer and let all the access ice melt so your icecream is served correctly stop short changing your customers and selling garbage its been going on for a long time . I wish I could give this place zero stars. I just went there and ordered their new boba drink and the guy gave me a half full... drink zero boba like there's no boba inside the drink and it looks disgusting. I was about to throw up. I was going to go askthe guy if I could return it when I was too embarrassed. I'm never going to this Baskin-Robbins again. they got to fire thatguy and get a new person. so messed up I hate that place zero out of 5. The guy even had to look at a booklet just to figure outhow to make it and he still made it wrong I thought workers are supposed to know how to make things. Can I give a 10/10!?! We have lived in the area for going on over 6 years already and have always had such a great experience!... MOST recently we actually ordered a custom ice cream cake for my son?s birthday and we couldn?t have been happier, she matchedthe pictures we showed perfectly.
