Auntie Anne's lemonade is delicious and refreshing however the attitudes of the people working at the Oakland mall location were... not. Their attitudes were being directly influenced by the owner. He had a terrible attitude and it rubbed off on everyonearound him and it was clear to see. I understand about the pandemic working situation however, if I'm spending my money, thelast thing I want is someone giving me terrible service at full price. Over icing the cup then not filling it all the way. Thencatching an attitude because I said something. If I'm posting on attitude alone it would be 1 star easily but taking everythinginto account and being fair to the product it is 3 starts overall. Pricing also helps pull the rating down a bit. Today I ordered none salt pretzel and a medium lemonade with EXTRA ice. Which costed me $8.17, I teased my drink and I noticed... there wasn?t extra ice, so I asked her can I purchase a cup of ice because I asked for extra ice. She refused to give me extraice and to sell me additional cup of ice without purchasing another drink ???????????? I just paid for extra ice with my orderand didn?t get it and now she asked me to paid for another drink with extra ice!!! Some people don?t need to work for customersservice and we have a lot of them out there? Treat people the way you want to be treated because I paid for that. Read more
Use to love going here with my daughter but the owner refused me service for not submitting to tyranny and wearing a mask. (The... lady behind the counter was taking my order when the owner rudely interrupted us). We will never come here again!! GOD bless USALL!! Read more
They definitely deserve these kind of ratings. I wanted to get two fives and a ten, out of $20. But instead I just thought of... buying pretzel so they give me two fives. I didn't want to buy anything at all ,but thought it would look rude to ask just forchange so I decided to buy pretzels. Despite spending $9, they gave me $10 bill back out of $20. I said the only reason I ambuying stuff if to get change, but they got rude, saying what about other customers. Plus when I are pretzels, they were old.Not soft. Read more
