Waited in a long line just to be told they had one pretzel left. Horrible customer service

Auntie Anne's lemonade is delicious and refreshing however the attitudes of the people working at the Oakland mall location were... not. Their attitudes were being directly influenced by the owner. He had a terrible attitude and it rubbed off on everyonearound him and it was clear to see. I understand about the pandemic working situation however, if I'm spending my money, thelast thing I want is someone giving me terrible service at full price. Over icing the cup then not filling it all the way. Thencatching an attitude because I said something. If I'm posting on attitude alone it would be 1 star easily but taking everythinginto account and being fair to the product it is 3 starts overall. Pricing also helps pull the rating down a bit.
