The salad was good but the Nuggets were cold and nasty tasting. And you weren't even crowded so why was this.
This is by far the best Arbys in the area. Every time I come here (usually drive through) I get a clear communication and they... understand my order. I ordered the chicken fingers and asked them to drop them fresh in the fryer (I know it is about a 5minute wait). I got the combo with a diet Dr Pepper and Krinkle fries. I also asked for Horsey Sauce and the square bar-b-quesauce. I parked in the "Thank You" waiting spot and they brought the food to my car when ready. The chicken fingers were hot,fresh flavorful and juicy. The french fries were cooked to perfection and hot fresh and very good. I had my correct sauces andthe diet Dr Pepper was of the right flavor mixture and had the appropriate amount of ice. I go here often and the meals arealways perfect. 1. Forgot my horsey sauce after I asked 3 times for it (once in the drive through, twice at the window) which is no big deal,... they?re short staffed I get it 2. I paid with cash and there was a gentleman working the drive through window at about 12:10 on05/27/2022 who shorted me my change by $1 which is no big deal, I asked him to fix his mistake which he did by pulling out a wadof singles from his pocket and handing me one almost immediately stating he probably did short me $1 and he didn?t want to openthe drawer again. It just kind of rubbed me the wrong way how he reacted, leading me to believe He may be pocketing some of thecustomers change. Always double check your change at this location. I called the manager and she refused to give me her name,she was rude, but understandable she is short staffed. This is the nastiest sandwich I ever purchased I came through the drive-thru around 6:30 order two combos w/Mellow Yellow pop... pay almost 20 bucks for this food I will never ever go to this Arby's again I believe they made my sandwiches nasty on purposelook at the sandwiches I live so far from this restaurant I would never go here again all I can say is thank God they were notfor me Read more

Got the number 11 Swiss chicken sandwich with curly fries. Very disappoint of the large curly fries. They didn?t fill up the... large fries all the way up. When I opened my bag, I was mad. It?s my favorite curly fries. The sandwich is good so I gave it a3 stars. Read more
