I just spent close to 30 minutes in drive through and paid over $21 for burnt food. I?ve wasted over half of my lunch break... waiting for food. The young lady was nice and apologetic but the other women who gave me my refund seemed annoyed that I wasn?thappy to have waited this long for poor food. This was one of my worst experiences with fast food and I will definitely not beback. Expect a surprise visit from the health department because I will be calling and complaining. Read more
Was gonna grab something to eat, but the lobby was closed due to ?short staff? but the sign on the door said they?d serve walk... ups in the drive thru. I?m sorry that is not safe, and there?s 3 other places on this side of the street where the lobby isopen. It?s sad that businesses care more about money than the safety of potential customers. At least have the lobby open fortakeout, but anything to find an excuse to not work. Read more
I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip basket and it only came with 2 chicken strips. My fry basket was half empty and so was my... soda. I also did not get any toast which was the worst part because I was looking forward to the toast. :( Read more
Its 5:13pm and the lobby is closed. They are asking customers (truck drivers ) to stand in the drive thru window to make your... order. I just not comfortable with having a car behind me running or me stand out side. When I want to enjoy a meal and icecream. Thanks a lot. Read more

The service here is awful since the pandemic! The lobby is supposedly open, but if you try the doors during the posted times on... the sign, the doors are locked most of the time. You have no choice but to use the drive thru and your order is rarely correct.If you?re missing an item or want to get it corrected, you have to get back in the drive thru line that is halfway around thebuilding and takes another 20 minutes or more to get through. Tonight (8/17), we ordered 2 blizzards and a vanilla kiddie cup.We were missing the kiddie cup and of course the doors were locked. We pulled up to the drive thru speaker and told them what wewere missing and asked if they could meet us at the door with the cup. The girl replied the lobby was closed. We questioned ifthey expected us to wait in line another 20 minutes while our other ice cream melted, please just meet us at the door with ourmissing item and we will be on our way. The girl repeated lobby was closed and if we wanted our missing item we would have towait in line AGAIN. No offer to remake our blizzards, refund, nothing. What kind of service is this? They need to come up with abetter system for these scenarios instead of making customers wait because the staff messed up. Read more
