Worst Service & Experience Ever! I sat in line for 10 min at the drive thru, that was wrapped all the way around the building,... After sitting there 10min, someone walked out to tell me the vehicle in front of me would be the last customer of the night! Not only did this happen 4 HOURS prior to their posted closing time but I drove up at the same time as the vehicle in front ofme, so what made the girl choose that car as the last one? If I?m willing to wait a little longer, because you are obviouslyshort handed, & I?m there 4 hours prior to closing??should you not take care of me as your customer? Otherwise, you need tobe standing out in the parking lot & letting people know AS SOON as they pull up, not 10 min after they have sat in line! Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Finger platter. Ordered tossed in buffalo sauce. Order was to go. (Drive thru only these days). Set... my meal on a flat surface for the 2 mile drive home. There was so much sauce in the small section of the styrofoam containerthat held the chicken that it was all over my fries! Need to put the fries in a separate container of some sort. The boneless wings were VERY HARD and old tasting! The chicken was fried to a crisp and tasted like it had been under a heat... lamp all day! The toast was also hard! I was told the cheddar bites are no longer served with marinara sauce and served withranch now! Read more

The food was hot and fresh. I like the spice/seasoning they use on the fries. You can't go wrong with the fingers or grilled... sandwich I know . I order the sandwich on toast (which is an option) . The vegetables for the salads and trimmings have alwaysbeen fresh and the fried onions and bacon on the salads make them far superior to other fast food places. This location is bothconvenient and clean. It sits right off the Troy Hwy near the Walmart just in front of Hooks Bar-B-Q. I gave it 4 instead of 5stars because to me the booths are very uncomfortable. Neither the seat or back is either designed well or cushioned well ,I'mnot sure which. So if you are eating in and of a certain age consider the chairs instead of the booths. Read more

Stopped at Troy Zaxby's and ordered two salads and requested one extra dressing. Got to drive through and girl at window was... more interested in what was being said inside the restaurant. Finally told me price and took by card. Gave me order and Iasked her was the extra dressing in there and she said yes. Something told me to check bag to make sure I got extra dressing. Sure enough it was not in there. The girl had walked across the restaurant so I honked my horn to get their attention. Shelooks at me and continues to look at phone in other girl's hand. Finally she returns and I tell her that I did not get theextra dressing. She said they did not charge me for one. So I gave her a quarter and she gave me the dressing. I should havechecked my receipt because they had charged me for two extra dressings. Read more
