When I travel I try to eat at a Pho restaurant in most states. Was excited to know that Troy Alabama had a Pho restaurant. At... Vets Pho the food is cooked in traditional Vietnamese style.The beef broth was excellent it did not need any added spices orsalt. The vegetables were clean and fresh and the eggroll was superior. Just ordered my food. Service was great so I will update after I eat my food. After just having it in Columbia Maryland I just... hope it is the same because I loved it there.
