Stood and waited to be served at the counter for a while. No one said anything. They just kept working and ignored me and the... others that walked in behind me. The Sausage Biscuits I ordered were good and hot. Not many restaurants or hotels giving goodservice nowadays. Paying more and getting less. That seems to be the trend. Read more
Always out of sweet tea or ice cream machine is down or their out of something else. Don't know what's happened with this... McDonald's in Troy. They use to be top notch! Very disappointing. I hope they can fix these issues and go back to being greatagain. Plus I will add that some of the employee's working the counter inside need to work on their attitude. Read more
I went during dinner. Found this in my chicken nugget. Then the employees attitude were not professional at all.
Mixed feelings about it. On one hand, for it being lunchtime rush, it didn't take long to get our food. On the other hand, the... food was the problem. Our burgers were not hot and our fries weren't either. I ordered a large fry and my husband ordered amedium. His was full while mine was the same as a medium size...not what I paid for. Staff is rude. Was giving our order and the dude kept telling us to hold on cuz he was entering in what we order. I get that cuz... he had to type in a few burgers we ordered special. They was all the same but was huffing and puffing when we tried to tell himthe rest of our order like we was an inconvenience for him. I mean how dare we tell him our whole order.
