Went on 11/1/22 at 730p and spent $70+ on food, no au jus for our French dips, went inside to obtain this sauce, and the guy in... the kitchen just flat out didn't want to give us any , cashier asked him for some and he gave her a tiny clear cup of it, andshe said I don't think you understand I need more than that...he said "that's enough" clear as day, we're buying food here asother customers, making your paycheck, and you have the audacity to say we cannot have more than a couple teaspoons of sauce??My man you have a lot to learn if you're ever gonna make it in the food business, won't be spending another dime in that place,not in Troy anyway. Someone needs to retrain this "cook" or y'all are gonna lose way more business than just mine I can assureyou! Food was mediocre but service was horrendous, the cashier was great but the guy in the back needs to stop hiding back thereand talking smack. Consistently forgetting to include all items purchased (no soup, no potato salad, etc) I ordered a ham sandwich and received 2... pieces of bread with a tomato in between. This is my last time purchasing their product. Drive home with all this food just tobe missing 50% of the order. Read more

I went on October 13th at around 4:20. I ordered my sandwich Togo and was waiting for it. As I was waiting for it the people in... the back were talking really loud about how I ordered my sandwich and making fun of the way I like my sandwich. I just want tosay that people that are working there should not be talking about customers when there are people in the restaurant. It?s rudeand poor customer service. Visited this location on 6/20/2022 at around 8:30 PM. When I requested a bowl of soup, I was informed they could not serve me... any soup as they shut down the warm food closer to closing. Essentially they chose to reduce the menu to what they felt likecooking. Read more

I got food from here on opening day and it was prepared in a timely manner. With it being a new store I thought it would take... longer because everyone is interested in it.. and they were PACKED. The food was amazing as well. I had the ?Rachel? sandwichwith macaroni and a huge sweet tea..and it was GREAT. Looking forward to going back soon. Read more
