Although the doors are open don?t expect to dine in! The sign on door says the doors are open for carry out & mobile app pickup... only but the directs everyone thru the drive thru. The line is extremely long. I?m sure the problem is finding good workers. There is a sign that they are hiring. Read more
We went to this store on a Sunday for family dinner. The door was open so we went in. We stood at the counter for a good bit... with no acknowledgement from the staff. After we yell out the tell us it's drive through only and they had told us 3 times.Okay, no you did not tell us 3 times and why we're the doors not locked or a sign in the window stating drive through only. Was very rudely told couldn't come in to order even though sign on door said it was open for dine in and carry out orders. Door... was unlocked and there was already several people eating inside . My 1st time eating here since they tore the old one down and built a brand new KFC. Tried the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich... meal. The chicken was very delicious but it just wasn't hot enough for me it was more like a Nashville Warm chicken sandwich.Next I'll try a different sandwich or step up to that KFC Buffet. **Free WIFI is also available at this location** Read more
At 8:30 pm last night I went to the drive through and ordered a small order of chicken gizzards and an order of chicken livers.... The girl on the speaker said they were out of them. So I said I?ll get 3 tenders instead. She said they were out of them. Iasked what they had and she said we only have chicken breasts. We rarely go to KFC in Troy because of their very poor serviceand have arrived home several times without some items we ordered. Sure can?t get a WOW experience at this location.
