I placed a mobile order while sitting outside in the parking lot. When l walked in and found where I wanted to sit, because it... was an ?eat in? mobile order, I checked in with my table number and waited, and waited, AND WAITED. After about 20 minutes, myfriend goes to the register and asks about our order. The woman behind the counter ask was it a mobile order. My friend saysyes. The employee states that ?McDonald?s NO longer brings the food to the table?. My question is, why do other ?McDonald?s?STILL continue to do it. Another question is, why did this same employee walk right past our table to take an order outside tosomeone?s car that placed a mobile order. No one greeted us. Placed our order for Adult Happy Meals for a treat today. No Cactus Happy Meal Boxes, I asked about them and... was told by an older lady that they don't have them we're getting bags. She kept working and couldn't bother to look at us oreven offer an explanation or apology. Very poor customer service. Read more
Frappe machines always " broken" or they've already cleaned it even though they have another hour before they close. Food is... cold and taste like it's been pre-cooked. Have giving them chance after chance but never seems to be able to get it together. Read more
The worst McDonalds ever. I made a mobile order of a large frappe with 4 salt and 4 pepper packets from this McDonalds store.... When i came in to pick it up the lady in there gave me the frappe and refused to give me the rest of my order. Apparently theydo not want to give anything for free even if McDonalds app says they are free. Do not go there if you want to get treated likea customer. Read more
