Mushroom swiss sandwich was dry and cold and it had like a half of mushroom on it. Strawberry milkshake was milk down or water... down whatever it tasted like strawberry milk. I could not use drive through because of size of my vehicle so I went inside, Igot there at 11:55 and I finally received my food at 12:23 and I was next, no line. Also there was a garbage can in front of theordering counter all this time, apparently somebody started to change the bag and didn't finish it. At some point generalmanager came in to start her shift and she kicked that trash can inside the kitchen behind the counter, so nobody knows whotouched that trash can and when? before or after they made your sandwich. I think the lady training a new guy was overwhelmed. We had to remind them about our fries and our drinks because they forgot... them. We ordered a hotdog with only chili but when we got it, it was smothered in mustard ? we had to throw it out. The frieswere also cold and cooked in old grease. The workers were very friendly; they just seemed really overwhelmed ? they could beunderstaffed like a lot of places are lately. Read more
I work a this Hardee?s we close at 7 cause everyone quit because of are Gm. She over works us so much we don?t have the energy... to be nice maybe if she knew what she was doing and was a better gm we would be happier and nicer so don?t go blaming the staffblame the store manager. Read more
Its official after 30yrs of eating breakfast at Hardees. I am done. This morning the drive thru was closed till 11AM, other days... only one person works the counter and the drive thru. I over heard the staff saying help was coming at 8AM one day. Who makesthis schedule? The majority of folks who use the drive thru are headed to work between 6-9AM. I understand it is trying timeswith personnel but what a shame, a staple of our daily lives is dying. Read more
The employees did not know how to take correct orders.THEY OVER CHARGED US MORE THAN WHAT WAS ON THE RECEIPT . THEY ALSO SHORTED... ARE BAGS OF FOOD. THE 1ST ORDER WAS MISSING 2 BISCUITS SAUSAGE BISCUITS. THERE WAS NO BISCUITS, THE ORDER CONSIST OF 2 BISCUITSAND A LARGE TATER TOTS. THE ²ND WASN'T BAD AT ALL, GOT ALMOST ALL OF IT. It?s Hardee?s so you basically know what you?re going to get. I tried their chicken biscuit combo today which was pretty good.... They now use ?hand-breaded? chicken and it tasted great. I do miss the original chicken biscuit but that?s probably becausethat?s what I grew up on. The only reason I gave this Hardee?s a 4 star is the staff was kind of rude. The girl working the drive-thru obviously does not like her job and was very rude. I only ordered 3 large strawberry milkshakes... and the girl acted like I was ordering 1 of everything on their menu. I was the only customer at the facility and it took over10 minutes to get 3 shakes that were a little over half full, and not even blended. Very poor service and even worse milkshakes.Will be calling Corporate to file a complaint. Read more
Ordered a Famous Star burger with cheese combo meal. It was room temperature and nasty. One small tomato slice, soggy bun.... Couldn't eat it. Employees were clearly not happy. Husband ordered a chicken club combo. Chicken was burnt. Also, they were outof Coke so we got Dr. Pepper, which spit out instead of flowing because it was almost gone too. I'll not be back. Read more
