Order #9 # 1 double bun was hard on bottom . #9 didn't have in onions at all and was drowned with bourbon sauce, drinks were so... warm the ice melted quick we had to pour out some of the drink to get more ice but that didn't help drinks never got cold noteven luke cold !! very disappointed. I normally like to stop at Wendy's when traveling but this particular experience was not a very good... representation of their standards. The dining area was not clean and I had to go to my car to eat in more comfortablesurroundings. I could not eat my grilled chicken sandwich because the salt content overpowered the flavor. Staff were nice, but there weren't enough of them to keep the store clean and drink machine working or to even fill napkin... dispenser. They closed midday with customers walking out. If fast food stores paid a living wage and gave better benefits,they might attract people who want to come to work and smile about being there. Instead they spend insane amount on theirexecs and lame advertising and apps that never work so great. Read more
Extremely understaffed. 3 employees working. One at counter. One at drive thru/manager. One cooking. Get these guys help.... Parking lot is empty because you can't wait 40 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries when it's not even busy. People in drivethru literally coming inside because the wait was so long. Extremely slow drive through. 5min wait at the board and 10min to the window. You would think the burger would be hot but no.... They need to talk to the Wendy's in Statesville on broad street. That one has it going on and you never have to wait. Read more
Terrible . Muggy inside the dining area unkept as well . One person at the register and that one didn?t work . Had to open up... another register . Understaffed with trash on the floor . Some of the booths coming apart . One of the employees pants hangingoff her rear . Also licking her fingers after handling food . Terribly unprofessional. No thank you Read more
