Got a coupon in the mail for subway. Went to this location since it is close to come. Ordered my two subs. I gave them my coupon... and they tell me they are not accepting coupons. Who eats ag subway without a coupon? Bad business decision. not only did youlose my business to another subway but you also waisted two sandwiches. The man with the accent was the RUDEST human being I have ever came in contact with at a subway location, HIGHLY disappointed... with the way he treated and spoke to his employee, I wish I knew his name directly , I will never spend my money at thatlocation EVER again. *grey hair, grey beard, some sort of ?manager? over the store? ? his name is JAMAL! This is always the cleanest Subway.I have never been any there even during a busy time has this store been dirty or look like... chaos.Staff always friendly .This is the only Subway I go to now. Read more

A friend and I went in and there was a sign about staffing shortages etc and not taking coupons. She's on fixed income and... couldn't afford to pay double so we left to go somewhere else, while an employee leaned on the door staring at usintimidatingly. Not the 1st time I've been to this location and they refuse a coupon. They either are a participating locationor they are not. They can not pick and choose from day to day, hour to hour, or for some sandwiches and not others (as I wastold in another location, as well as "it depends, you just have to come in and see if we will take a coupon on a sandwich")Dont bother sending out coupons in the mail, email or app if this is how they want to do business. Horrible customer serviceand I'll take my money elsewhere. Read more

We placed an order for two foot long subs at 7:15pm. This location closes at 8pm. They contacted my husband but we were next... door where it was loud; therefore my husband decided to walk next door. They told us they only had flat bread and could not makeour subs. My husband asked if we could get a refund because we ordered subs. The owner Jamal came out and replied I called you,it?s your fault for not answering your phone. My husband demanded they refunded us, that it was their fault for not puttingbread in the oven way before they closed. Jamal handed him 20 bucks and told him to leave and how he was banned. My husband cameback next door, handed me 20 bucks and how told me Jamal stayed he didn?t know how to refund. I decided to walk over and ask ifhe needed my card because I paid $20.27. Jamal laughed and asked if I was really coming back for .27 cents. I replied yes, Iordered food that I didn?t get? Regardless of what the cost was, he should give the customer back what they paid. He handed me.30 cents and told me not to come back. Proceeded to say if my husband or I did, he would call the cops. I was more than politeto him, honestly confused as to why he couldn?t just refund our card when my husband came over. I contacted corporate becauseregardless as an owner he should never speak to a customer that way, especially in front of his employees. Not like he has toworry about us coming back, we won?t waste money there. At least we got the proper refund for the subs we did not get. I wouldsave yourself the time and not come to this location.
