Went through the drive thru. We started to order a frozen pumpkin latte with male employee and then a manager cut in and told us... with a nasty attitude that we couldn't't do a frozen latte but could do a frozen coffee....???? Make that make sense. Asked if Iwanted whipped cream on top and said yes. We pull up to the window and are greeted with a drink with not whipped cream. I had toask for the whipped cream. Everyone looked confused ???? we just wanted coffee ? it's not that hard. I wish I could givenegative points. Also it 20$ for two coffees and a sandwich. Read more
My daughter in law works for Dunkin. We frequent ALOT of Dunkins and we have never had a good experience at this particular... Dunkin. It is the worst for customer service as well as product and watch your cups of coffee as they only fill them about 2/3of the way up. I regret every time I am forced to use this Dunkin. Read more
Do yourself a favor and go half a mile down the road to the other Dunkin? Donuts on Main Street Troutman. This DD is awful.... Customer service is rude and drinks are inconsistent(watered down, barely any coffee, all cream/sugar). Pricing fluctuates aswell depending which person is behind the register. We bought 2 breakfast sandwiches which were fresh and good. I also got an apple fritter. It wasn?t like normal apple fritters as... I expected. There is a loss of sweetness due to less coverage of glaze and the glob of apples in the middle just made a doughyspot around the apples. I wouldn?t buy it again Read more
