Came at 8:40 PM 11/15. Google says they?re open until 9 PM, which has been the hours since forever. Pull up, no one?s there,... lights are off except OPEN sign is on. Window at the door says they now close at 7 PM. At least update your hours online or onsocial media. But seriously, 7 PM? Starbucks extended their hours. Really disappointed. Read more
I love there coffee. Recipes are so original and tasty. They have a pop tart kind of pastry that is above awesome.
I?ve been coming here for the last couple months very often, like 2-3 times a week. Had the worst experience today in the drive... thru. The barista knew the cup was leaking and tried to clean it up a bit before giving it to me and it still leaked all over myclothes and hands so I asked for napkins. She handed the napkins to me and I placed it in my cup holder and around the lid andit still leaked all over the place. Seriously? It doesn?t have to be overfilled. Yes it was busy but you still should pour it ina new cup so it doesn?t leak everywhere. All she did was say sorry and turn around instead of fixing it before handing it overto me. I have worked in food and customer service for over 8 years now and it?s just upsetting. Read more
