Ordered a 15 piece wing, they were so overcooked, could only eat 5 pcs, had to throw the rest away. Asked for extra seasoning on... the fries because they typically don't put anything on them hardly. They were coated so heavily, could barely eat them. Spentover 40 dollars on this meal for my family and had to throw away most of it. Place is poorly managed. It was good when theyfirst opened up. Drove around looking for a spot to eat. Found Wingstop was so happy. Walked in very nice staff but they told me that they were... only two people there and they were short on staff it would take an hour plus to get food. So disappointing I had to leave. Read more
Food is always great, when your order is correct. They will fix their errors, but frustrating to get home and have missing... items. Happens often. Read more

Worst wing stop in the Highland Village, Flower Mound, Grapevine area. They struggle to add any sauces to an order right and... they under cook the wings. The skin is soft and gross. Not ever ordering here again. Read more
Some of the worst wings I?ve had, and I eat lots of wings. I ordered $60 worth of wings and other things but it tasted like they... were fried the day before and warmed up in the microwave, very chewy. The fries also tasted like they were dumped in cold oilwith no seasoning I'm very greasy. Buns, I think they've had them in the fridge for about a year. The only good thing was thecorn. First time trying this WingStop in Trophy Club. People were nice, wings were hot, fries a little flimsy and greasy. The reason... for the 3 stars was in a 10 piece order, 9 were flats and 1 was a drum. Should be a mix, guess we should have checked our order,but shouldn?t have to. Read more
This location is very slow. I came to pick up my order the time it was supposed to be ready, and everyone was sitting around... chit chatting with their friends. They didn?t even start my order until I told them I was here for pickup when I placed my orderan hour ahead. Then proceeded to tell me it would only be a few minutes and it took 30 minutes. Read more
