Extremely long wait for curbside but the customer service made up for the wait. The lady who brought me my coffee was extremely... nice and even brought me extra creamer which is a first for any McDonald?s I?ve been to! Definitely made my day. Would returnagain. Read more
This has to be the worst McDonalds in the country. Thursday went in for fish sand well it was dry and cold only moisture was... from the cold grease it was cooked in. Well Friday I went in for a Big Mac and fries well it was so moist with the special saucethat it fell apart in your hand while trying to pick it up another disaster. The problem is some of the people there are stillbeing child like and have no care when preparing your food POOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING I believe is to blame. I told myself lastyear i would not eat at this establishment anymore cause of the same reason. This confirms it I?m done. Horrible horrible McDonald's. Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and they gave us the plain chicken sandwich. Called and talked... to the manager on duty at 2:50 pm and she was rude and didn't care if we got the right order or not. Sad that trinity does nothave a good Mcdonalds. Read more
What can I say? It is McDonalds. This location is not bad, but it's not amazing. If you are going into it expecting that, you... will not be disappointed. I have to say that there is only one issue with this location. Every time I have done drive through, I've been asked to pull up and wait for the staff to bring out the food. By the time the food gets to you, sometimes it's warmand sometimes it's cold. Read more
Always seem to get orders wrong or forget to put items in bag. They do have some really great employees and then some that need... improvement. Other than that they are pretty good. Read more
