Nothing is ever stocked. 4 people standing around in the food prep area, usually while there?s a line out the door. White girl... behind the counter has the worst attitude I?ve ever experienced. Literally say good morning, and she rolls her eyes atcustomers. Ask for cigarettes or dip, and she sighs and just throws it on the counter. Pathetic. Place use to be good whenStephanie and a few other people worked there. I live 2 miles away and will drive to Archdale to avoid shopping at this Sheetz.If I was their management I?d let that no personality, miserable human go, so that maybe I can recoup some of my lost business.I know I?m not the only one who has experienced this terrible level of customer service. Well, this place is handy to a person with a moderately sedentary lifestyle like mine, but it's not the best. It's on the same... level as the Sheetz in Asheboro, being that it's not tricked out with everything I've seen a Sheetz with. It's got the basicsand expected services like food and drinks, but not the other things you'd see in better Sheetz locations like ice cream andsoda machines with over 20 flavors compared to the under 15 flavors this Sheetz has. I was at first concerned because they were out of some items I wanted to eat but then I get the food home and my significant... other was angry because his burger wasn't fresh. I usually stop at Sheetz for gas. But also love there food love there hot dogs and hamburgers, fries. Yum I love there Oreo... chocolate shake it is awesome. The store is always clean and people are always very nice friendly and look like they enjoy therejob. Read more
Wow! I've never experienced service like that at a gas station. The employees were friendly and attentive. I even mentioned to... an employee that one of their coffees needed to be brewed fresh, and she let another employee politely know via their headsets.Very impressed by how they treated customers and each other.
