I don't normally write reviews but I will say that this Starbucks location usually does not have any issues, but I will start by... saying even in the drive-thru line, I had a bunch of gnats in my car from the garbage that was a problem. The strawberryrefresher that I received seemed like it was mostly water. Lastly I forgot to scan my points in my app to receive extra pointstoday and because I forgot and the payment had already gone through, I was told it was too late. I don't understand how there isno way to do this after the transaction is completed or how there is not a receipt that I could even scan on my own to get mypoints. It may seem so trivial, but that's what these reviews are for in my opinion. Maybe someone could take some attention tothese things I have mentioned for better service at this location. Super disappointed since I usually love this location as the workers a re really nice and my order is correct. I ordered a... Grande Chestnut Praline Latte and when I got home and picked up the cup, it felt light. Upon opening it, I realized I wasshorted some coffee. I absolutely LOVE this store. Every time I walk in, I hear my name called and greetings from behind the line! Benny, Derek,... Natalie, Ricky? the list goes on. Incredible human beings and always working with a smile. Even when it?s packed to the brimduring the holidays, it feels like a local coffee shop and feels very personal. Went inside because of long drive thru line. 3 people in line and we were actively ignored for the longest time. I mean not... even acknowledged by 5 employees laughing talking having a grand old time except for taking care of customers... Total lack ofcustomer service...
