Fun environment, very family friendly, and the food was really good. Nice bar menu. The music was too loud, my husband and I... could barely hear our kids sitting on the other side of the table. My biggest complaint was the speed of service. We had a 35minute wait, which is fine for a Friday night. But once we sat down, everything was so slow. Drinks, ordering, everything. Foodcame out almost an hour after we sat down, half of that was waiting for the server to take our order. We will go back, hopefullythe slow service tonight was an exception - not the rule. Read more

Husband and I decided to try this place because of the shrimp and grits egg rolls and we are so glad we did. They are so rich in... flavor and just absolutely yummy. We also shared a burger. Ordered it medium rare with cheddar cheese. Cooked perfectly and waspretty good. The waiter asked if we wanted fries or potato salad. We said potato salad but he must of not heard us. It waspretty busy and loud but we didn't complain and the fries were pretty good too. The place is kept clean and all in all theservice was friendly and fast. Some of the best customer service meets a flavorable experience. Had the opportunity to check out Craft Street last night for... date night and I can say all in all we will be back. We wanted to get seated quickly and after putting our name on the waitlistonline after 30 minutes we showed up and we?re able to be seated outdoors. From the top our server was very attentive andalways kept us updated on our food order. Throughout the evening he was very accommodating and followed through on delivering asecond adult beverage with our meal. We ordered the ?Walk the Flank? (pictured) one well done (not mine) and medium. As forfood presentation the food did not quite fill the plate and the splatters on the side showed a very minor misstep in attentionto detail. My steak unfortunately arrived well done as well and due to time constraints was not able to wait for another to bemade. Now this is where a restaurant is tested. I notified our waiter and he went in to overdrive to make things right. Wewere then visited by the manager and the floor supervisor and everyone expressed their genuine concern and desire to make itright. And it was at that moment the instilled my value as a customer. Now truth be told the flavoring of the flank steak,rice and eggs deserved a chefs kiss. Really great flavors with the pineapple and soy drizzled over the steak. It was just thatthe steak was a tad over cooked to well done. The snickerdoodle cookie with ice cream dessert was great too.
