Waiting in drive thru for 25 minutes( after ordering) and when we recieved our food the order was wrong and the cheese on my... number 1 was crusty as hell like that burger patty and cheese had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. I am not a confrontational kind of person, and I honestly try my best to see the good side of people. But nearly every time I... hear anything about this sonic restaurant it's something bad. And it's been that way for five years. From the COVID problemsthey've had. Being shut down a few times because they won't do what they know will keep their employees and customershealthy. And now serving food that nearly makes me sick to my stomach. Why are the tater tots green and smell and taste likethey're seven WEEKS old. Why would they serve room temperature food? Food that tastes old. I don't recommend going here, even ifit's for quick food. There is always a better option than possibly sickening food. Read more
Sonic management puts their hands on children my child.... then berates my other daughter for being pregnant at 17 and already... has a baby this needs to be addressed you do not put your hands on a child even if your her boss. Takes forever..worked there before..staff is very messy. Man I don?t understand. I literally ordered a PREMIUM burrito number 15 Steak. Even confirmed when she treated back to me (steak... and egg burrito) which is obviously not a number 15 but honestly I?m surprised I was speaking to a manager who doesn?t know themenu. Well I got my burrito, it?s not a premium one, and it came with no salsa when I asked for it. The worst part is nobodywas even in the drive thru at all when I got there. This place is the slowest place ever. We timed our visit today and we only ordered 2 drinks no food! So we waited at the stall... for exactly 13 minutes with no response, we then went through drive ended up waiting almost 9 minutes for anyone to take ourorder! We waited in line after ordering for 26 minutes!!! There was only 3 car's infront of us! This place is ridiculously slow& some of the young employees are so rude & snobby! I don't understand why they wouldn't get all the small orders out FIRST!Making things harder then they should be!! I came through the drive through, I ordered a number 11 which was the crispy tender dinner 3 piece. I got my order and I had... proceeded to open the box and there was fly in my order. I asked for Gravy also and that had not been in my order. I do notusually go to sonic in Trinidad but I will make sure I do not. Would not recommend. Their survice is also very slow. Read more
We were driving through Colorado and had to stop in Trinidad to get gas. So my kiddo wanted some fried cookie dough and I called... to see if they sold them since Phoenix and Colorado are 2 different places. The young man was so nice on the phone and when wegot over there to get the order, he was so nice in person.. Absolutely love it!! Read more
