A unique place with a unique ambience. Sitas kitchen served as the perfect stop over on our way from Santa fe to Denver. They... have interesting choices on the menu. We went for the Falafel on flatbread and the unique jackfruit on a flatbread. Pleasantlysurprising to find so many options at a Vegan restaurant. Must stop on the way. One of the best restaurants I've been to so far. The owner is one of the fine gentlemen and takes time to converse with every... guest and make them feel special. Will definitely be back if we travel back to Trinidad, CO. We tried the Khichdi on flatbread(fresh baked daily) and BBQ jackfruit on flatbread along with Mango smoothie, silk pie. Yummmm. Yea sooo delicious and reallyreally good. You gotta have to try this no matter whether you're a vegan or a omnivore. HIGHLY Recommend!! Read more
Had a great sandwich - forget the name, something McGregor. it was new to the menu. Very refreshing and delicious, but next time... I would probably add tofu (I was asked and said no) to make it a bit more filling. Read more
