The most horrible customer service I've ever gotten in my life ...to the point not only was my order made wrong twice ...I even... got threatened and cursed by not only the employee but the manager also ...crazy when you can't even ask for your order to bemade correct without an employee following you to your car to try to fight yoy.and the manager not even helping but taking theemployee side is ridiculous I would never go to this McDonald's if I had another choice. . always getting my order wrong Read more

We'll just say this- "McDonald's is as McDonald's Does..." It's as good as one could expect. An Interesting Sidenote- My father... (RIP) used to tell us kids about the 'McDonald's Of Old', and how in the 1970's, McDonald's would always have the Absolute BestTasting French Fries, hands down, no questions, and without a doubt-The Best. McDonald's Fries were So Good, So Perfect, SoDelicious that they blew all the competition away. All that Hi Quality Taste came from one single source. A method ofpreparation that the company sadly no longer uses, nor will ever use again. Bet. McDonald's used to cook all fries and relatedproducts using Straight Lard in the fryers. Basically, Straight Fat. Cooked in Fat. The taste was beyond measure delicious andit's what made the difference between great and mediocre. And just to appease all the health conscious idiots of the early tolate '90s and 2000's, well, that's when they stopped. A sad day indeed. Just thought I'd pass that along to you. Drive though is slow. Fries are seldom fresh. Usually have to park and wait to get my order, and when I receive it. It is... usually missing something. Workers are rude. Especially during the late afternoon or evening. They never say " Thank you". Read more
Very nice facilities. Overall experience was good. Special orders were followed. No dine-in, but you can order inside at the... counter or at a kiosk. Drive thru was also open. Would?ve given 5 stars except bathrooms were closed and one employee?sboyfriend came in to bring her lunch. She took off her mask, kissed him and then returned to work without replacing her glovesand mask. To me, this was both unprofessional and unsanitary. Read more
I Norma don't stop at McDonald's because I have had some bad experiences but this was the cleanest, best run McDonald's I have... seen in a long time. The food was hot, the service was friendly and pleasant and the restaurant was clean. Good job folks! Read more
