The worst service (actually lack of service) I have ever ever experienced. My order just never came and I kept getting charged... for it everytime I called the customer service bank because the Trinidad location doesn't answer their phone Three hours theywould just take the order online and the tracker would tell me it's on the way and then an hour later with ZERO explanation Iwould get a spam email saying "cancelled" with the Call center Phone number and no explanation. And of course the call centersays "let me transfer you to the to your local branch ,we wouldn't have that I formation have that information at the callcenter!" Still no refund. Ordered a loaded pizza and wings within hour of closing. Service was so fast and pizza too hot to eat right away lol so really... enjoyed the first bite ????... earned a free pizza so gonna try during the day.. *****several orders later in a week and lastone being Oct 17. All staff was amazing, service was always on point, and food was always hot and delicious. Keep it up!!!! Read more

5 star service BUT 1 star tech support - the manager to whom I spoke was kind enough to toss me a discount that approached the... value of the 7.99 special I was attempting to order online but denied due to web ordering being down. I find it disgraceful thatthe managers aren't even empowered enough to fix pricing on products and match the specials their customers are unable toutilize due to tech issues so Team BAM fix your stuff! Hopefully someone at franchise level sees this and gets the onlineordering fixed, or turned back on via back office, or whatever, and SOON. Read more

I got home late from wk. I ordered at 11:49pm online! Order accepted! 5 min later, order canceled! I'm sure because lazy... employees didn't want to fulfill order in next 10 min. U DONT CLOSE UNTIL 12! THAT MEANS 12! My order was placed at 11:49, sorryto be that "Last Guy" , but we all go through it. We don't like it, but gotta deal w it. My bad. Read more

I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with extra chicken. There is absolutely no chicken on this sandwich lots of sauce and... barely any cheese. Customer service is great but I order this sandwich just about every week hoping it will have more to it. Isit really worth the $8 and change. Guess not. Read more

Stopped here on our trip from El Paso to North Dakota. Everything was great! James, in particular, was just wonderful?super... helpful and caring, friendly and went above and beyond. He even went put of his way to be kind and interact with my Autisticdaughter. Food came out quickly, and was fresh and tasted great. Wonderful experience all around!! Read more

Tracker app said everything was ready for pick up we get there and they are just putting our pizza in I guess there was some... mistake. They hand us the order and every item was covered in Greece we didn't realize how bad it was til we drove home when myseats were soaked through with Greece. They were unwilling to refund my order. I will have to drive through a snow stormtomorrow to prove with pictures that it was indeed my entire order that was messed up to get anything resolved. I order nearlyweekly and never had this problem but there unwillingness to fix this to my satisfaction is worth saying something. If theyrefund my money I'll take this down. They are lucky I'm not asking for them to get my car fixed tbh. Read more
