Here lightly they have been having problems with their grill instead of getting on the intercom and let customers know they?re... not working they just don?t come on the intercom at all. Up until this has happened. It has been a great place to eat very wellrespected workers. And your order is always right but today I came through the drive-through there was a long line, the linestart moving. And I figured out why it was because no one was coming to take orders. And they had a sign up saying they wereclosing at 10 AM. But this was at 7:30 AM just didn?t understand it. Other than this, this McDonald?s is a great place to dobusiness on a scale from 1 to 10. Expected level of food quality. Kiosks can be a pain. Dine in is well maintained usually. Shared parking lot has plentiful... parking. Drive thru requires driving around entire complex to order. Read more
A lady working behind the counter that had a half shaved head with hair on the top in a ponytail that was dyed purple/pink (I... did not see her name, appeared to be Caucasian, I?ll call her ?Girl A?) said a racist remark to a girl also working behind thecounter (I also did not get her name, darker skin and was not Caucasian, I?ll call her ?Girl B?). Context: Girl B was crouchingdown in front of the front counter on the left, Girl A was walking past and goes ?you?re just an apple pie! (In a joking way)Girl B responds saying the same thing. Girl A then says ?Actually no, you?re a pumpkin pie because they?re darker.? WHAAATT.HOLD ON. That?s racist <3. Never open on time . This morning I was there at 7a and it was not opened. Customers waiting at the door sometimes till 8am... before they open the doors and I thought they are open for breakfast at 5a? Cars were piling up by the drive throughwindow. Stack your employees to work accordingly to reduce such issues- proper management is needed . Read more
We arrived shortly after 10 PM on a Saturday evening and the drive-thru line was somewhat long. I imagine this was due to the... other fast food places in the area closing early. It took at least ten minutes to get through the line, but we weren't in ahurry so that's okay. I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and it was the hottest, best one I have ever had at anyMcDonald's. The employees were pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to serve us which is huge and makes the entire experience ahuge positive. Keep it up! Read more
I waited for half an hour for a mobile order that should have taken 5 minutes. When I got my food it was cold, There was a cash... refund for my carmel machiato inside my kids happy meal box,they forgot the large Coke and never brought it out. My boyfriendwent in to exchange the fries and get his drink and the doors were locked. Nobody would answer the phone when I called and itrang for 5 minutes. I believe McDonald's still sells good food for a good price. It's definitely slower to get ordered and served unless you can do... the new app stuff. Maybe employees can teach older people how to use it and help advance the older population. Read more
Showed up at 10:00pm. Doors were locked even though it says dining open till 11:00pm. They said they were short staffed. I... couldn't go through the drive-thru because I had a camper trailer on. Burgers didn't have any pickle, onion, or ketchup. Nothingbut meat and cheese. Then they shut all the lights off at 10:42pm Short staffed? More like staff that doesn't want to work. Read more
