Reviews for Fusion Japanese Steak House in Triadelphia, WV
Food wasn't at all great! Spend decent amount on few plates and dessert. The lava cake was super dry and we didn't even get the... ice cream with it. The rice was old and hard. I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm sure there's better places nearby for wayless. Overpriced for sure for the quality of food Read more
Pro: The food is delicious. Con: I don?t like how they place 2 orders into one container. This is inconvenient when I bought 2... orders for 2 people. I don?t like paying in the back corner and having to stand in everyone?s way to wait on my dinner. Ifinally decided to go outside, and I asked one of the eight workers standing in the front if they?d bring it out when it wasready. The online menu is difficult to navigate and there?s no option to curbside pickup for online orders. Read more
We were greeted and seated immediately at the hibachi table. Our server took our drink order and returned with them quickly. Our... chef was entertaining and kept conversation going. The cocktails were delicious. $9 for a specialty martini and $7 for a bourbon& coke; which is comparable to most restaurants. However, the chicken hibachi was $21! NY steak and chicken was $27! Which Ifelt was extremely expensive considering it was very small portions of meat. There was one chicken breast that was butterfliedfor two meals and maybe 4-5oz steak. There was a hearty portion of vegetables but it was mostly onions with maybe 3 mushroomsand a few slices of carrots and broccoli. The rice was a ridiculously huge portion that covered the entire dinner plate andpiled high. It had to be a pound of rice for only two of us with FOUR eggs in it, which made the rice taste more like eggs thananything else. The taste of the meal overall was bland. I?m not a huge fan of the yum yum sauce but wound up using more of itthan I ever have because the food had minimal seasoning. I think the yum yum sauce had been watered down, as well. Our totalbill was 67$ and a $15 tip. For $83 the meal was a disappointment. I don?t expect we will visit again. Read more
Food was delicious. Has hibachi available. Many varied seating areas for all size groups.
I recommend very highly that whether you enjoy Japanese or Chinese foods that you go to the fusion Japanese house at least once... just for the experience! It is so beyond worth it, And definitely an experience to remember. And the food isn't bad either!! LolI absolutely loved it I hadn't laughed like that in a while and my daughter who is very anxious socially and self-conscious andshy and only eats like two foods and I mean two foods in the world neither of which are Japanese by the way I had never seen heropen up like that and that crowded of a social environment. By the middle of our experience she herself was speaking to latestaff and asking for things and when I say things I mean sushi and she can't eat some macaroni and cheeses because of theirgross she wanted to try it I couldn't believe my eyes I'm very grateful for the experience it was my mother's day dinner andthat made it all the better I'll never forget it that's for sure Read more

Very good food. Beautiful decor. I had general tsos chicken with fried rice, spicy tuna roll, salmon skin roll and a peanut... butter landslide cake. My bill was a little under $50 including 20% tip. What I expected to pay. No more no less. Everything wasvery fresh and non suspect. What you see is what you get here! I'll be returning. Read more
This is me and my 8 year olds FAVORITE place to eat! The hibachi chefs are very delightful and entertaining. (Why are we still... doing the onion volcano though? Lol). Private dinning is absolutely ahhhmazing, very relaxed atmosphere but still very much askid friendly as the hibachi tables. (Shout out to Made, he is the BEST server in the universe! He even remembers my son like theclear soup "with no floaters") the steak is on point, the dragon roll is great and the "best ever roll" is a seafood loversdream. I would have given more than a 5 star rating if I could <3 Read more
