Been at this establishment on two different occasions. Thought the first bad experience with wait times was just because it was... a newer establishment in Trenton. Well nothing change over a few months. Same three employees working. Placed a order online afew minutes after 5pm and didn?t leave until 6pm. No matter what time you order they seem to serve people in store waitingbefore online orders. Couple beside me waiting ordered at 5:25pm and got served before my order. Food isn?t terrible if youwant to wait an infinity for your order. Seems like a huge unorganized chaos. Just look at the peoples faces when you enter theestablishment. Read more

The service is very good at the counter. The girl taking the order very friendly each time. The food has been great. The only... complaint is we very rarely order fries. Each time they have not been included. We did order a poutine once, gravy was wateryand made fries soggy, very little curd. The poutine was more like soup. Read more

Been here 3 times since opening and quality is steadily declining, not only has our order been incorrect every time. Every time... we order blue cheese dressing we get ranch. The last time there was hardly and sauce on our double ugly wings. For the pricemore care need to be taken from staff. And we got on carrot stick and on celery stick.
