First time I ever went to one. The donuts were good, the hot chocolate was amazing and the sandwich was okay.
I went in on a Saturday night around 8pm. There was 5 or 6 young girls working. The noise they were making definitely hard on... the ears. Yapping at each other and ignoring customers. I waited for 4 or 5 mins before one finally come to the cash to takeyorder. During that time she was continuing to talk back at the other girls. I looked at another customer and she shrugged hershoulders and said these girls are wired tonight. A man standing behind her said this is ridiculous. When I finally got mycoffee, the same man said you waited that long for a coffee? Im not waiting that long and he followed me out the door. Can't sayI will be rushing back here anytime soon. I ordered a coffee and cup of water as I have been in years. This is my first ime in at this locations and the lady charged me... for the cup of water. I didn't ask to buy a water bottle just a cup. I have never witnessed cheapness on this level,this was anew low. Don't come here, they count the alotted lettuce that goes in sandwiches and evidebently cups of water. If there was an option for 0 starts I would have put that. Me and my brother are traveling from Toronto to Ottawa on business we... stopped on the first ON route on our way before this one both drive threw lanes were closed and we went inside 1 employee isinside alone and the lines had over 60 people easily, so we left. We drove to this location just so we can get our morningcoffee's and baggles we went to the drive threw waited for 15min till they took our order rudely by the way even though we hadjust 1 vehicle ahead of us, We ordered and our stuff we got the coffee's after waiting for another 10min on the window then ourbag that should have had baggles we got someone else's order they gave us a old fashion plane we were on the highway when weopened the bag. The lady on the drivethrew was super rude and the one working on the sandwiches. They had 5 employees at thislocation but no donuts, mafnis, cold drinks ready. My brother asked politely why the delay 2 of them responded at once and Iquote "Go blame the management they aren't hiring". We are frequent travelers on this route and by far this is the worstexperience we have ever had. I understand that 15.50/h isn't much to work for but nonetheless that is their job. Good place. Have only ever used the drive thru but they're quick with service. Food is what you would expect from a... tim.hortons. it's convenient to stop on the way to the highway and I'm sure convenient to stop at if you're on the highway.On/off ramp is close to this place. Just came here for the first time in 3 years because they always mess my order up and ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on a... biscuit and got a bacon breakfast sandwich. Lmao guess nothings changed. Sick of Tim hortons they?ll never get one penny again. Read more
0.000 rating. This use to be my favourite Tim Hortons to go too. Friendly, and AMAZING service. Since September 2022 it?s gone... down hill with management and the staff. They will never get your order right, they rush you, talk behind your back and alsohave EXTREMELY ARROGANT & RUDE employees working especially during the night shifts. I will never come here again along withmany that have witnessed the chaos of this place. For three months straight of driving myself and friends. Nothing has everwent smoothly? you guys really need to moderate & look into the people you hire. I?ve never dealt with such arrogance in ANYkind of industry. Definitely went down hill.
