Asked for spicy ranch crispy chicken sandwich, server showed me chicken I said yes, I said spicy she put italian salami on it, i... did n't see the sandwich til I got home, went back told the server I asked for spicy ranch chicken sandwich he said italian isaid it again spicy ranch chicken sandwich and pointed to it on their board, he seemed confused like he couldn't see It? Very disappointed, I usually either go in or order from door dash. I do not recommend this subway, worst one in town. Tonight i... ordered from door dash & i paid for a chicken bacon ranch with EXTRA Cheese, came here with no cheese at all, not toasted, nobacon (which is included) & other missing ingredients. Whenever i go in person staff is rude & always rushing around( except onereally nice gentleman that works there). Ive worked at two different subways in the past & everytime i come in i have not onceseen an employee wash their hands after using a pos or before attending customers. The customer service skills are very poor &if you order they mess up your orders half of the time. Worst Subway in town. Will not be going back, they have messed up toomany times. Read more
Very poor service. Took 2 people 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches when I was the only person there. The one employee was still in... training which is fine but the employee who was supposed to be training her was very rude and is the whole reason I will neverbe going back here. Read more
