Had such a nice interaction with the barista with the double nose piercings (with a chain). She was so kind and helpful.
7:00 pm closing at 10:00 pm no one in the store and only 1 car in the drive 3 girls working one washing the floors and one doing... garbage the other wondering around. One girl came over to take our order the wondered off and said you?ll help them ( the onedoing garbage was to take our order, didn?t wash her hands). But took her sweet time to even acknowledge us. Great place, very close to 401. We went for a dark roast and a cappuccino. Dark roast could have been a little hotter but was... fine otherwise. The staff was nice and friendly. Lots of seating space. Plenty of parking space outside. Definitely recommended! Read more

At your location here in Trenton Ontario, you have a phenomenal employee. A few times I have gone in looking for something other... than a plain coffee that I can have. I am diabetic and most of Starbucks.frilly beverages, I cannot drink. This particularemployee goes above and beyond to find a tasty creation for me.to try. That alone is very much appreciate, but it getsbetter. Today we decided to treat ourselves to a tasty but usually over priced beverage. My partner, a Venti refresher andmyself one of your very few diabetic safe concoctions. Orders were placed, we attempted to pay and we were informed that thepayment system was down, and our drinks were free. She didn't tell us at the beginning, just happily took our orders with herever present smile and friendliness. It's hard to find customer service that actually treats customers well. She ALWAYSdoes. This morningni ordered through the Starbucks App and I accidentally hit the Trenton location. When I called I explained what... happened and the staff member I spoke to was very understanding and accommodating. She was able to wait until I arrived yo theTrenton locatio (i live in a different city, buy was passing through along the 401) and make my order at that time. When Iarrived Becca was so nice, she was happy to make my order for me. I so appreciate her kind customer service. She deservesrecognition.
