I have always been a Mr. Submarine supporter up to now. Tonight I had a sub from Little Masters Sub in Trenton and it was... amazing. It was so fresh and flavorfull. The other 3 subs for my family were assorted and they said the same so delicious. Thebuns and cold cuts were so fresh mine was the Philly Cheese steak.The owner is super friendly. A few weeks ago we planned to have our VW cruise stop at Little Masters for lunch. The owner was very accommodating to us and... happy to see all the cars. He made sure to have help with the checkout to speed up the process and did an excellent job gettingus our subs quickly. The subs here are sooo good and puts Subway to shame. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the selection. However, two of the subs that I was interested in (noon on a... Wednesday), were out. The gentleman behind the counter suggested the butter chicken. While I would not consider the flavour tobe reminiscent of butter chicken, I was pleased that the chicken wasn't just sliced meat. He was very nice. This would be afour star, had the restaurant been cleaner. It was messy. I did not feel comfortable ordering or paying. The payment terminalwas dirty with no clear indication of whether it had been cleaned recently. Behind the counter was messy and looked completelyunsanitary. The subs were packed full, which I fully appreciate, however, we were given no napkins,which made for a messafterward. I really hope that these concerns are addressed, as I would love to support smaller businesses over chains. Willhappily change this review, should I return in the future after things perhaps improve.
