Family has visited several times over the last few weeks. A great variety of food. Well priced for portions. Way better than... Boston Pizza. Staff are friendly and the environment is great. I think people need to know this great restaurant is here inQuinte West. Read more
My first experience wasn\'t the best because the service was absolutely terrible but the food was amazing. So we went back to... give it another shot. Food was terrible, veggies were raw and they changed their the sauce and it was horrible etc. Portions aresmall and prices are way too high. Won\'t be giving it another chance! My sister, a friend and I decided to try this new restaurant. The service was excellent (thank you Rebecca) and the manager went... out of her way to accommodate my sister\'s dietary restrictions. We found the menu varied, the food tasty and the portionsgenerous. I really enjoyed the french fries which I usually just pick at - they were delicious! We all agreed. We\'ll be back!Great job! We decided to try this new local restaurant last night. Unfortunately, we will never return. Hostess only words were “how... many?” Seated us and never spoke or smiled once so ever.\n\nMenu looked good. However, food was horrible. Three of usecouldn’t even finish our meal. One of use requested an adjustment on their sandwich and it wasn’t done. Asked for saladinstead of fries and ended up getting fries anyways. Salad tasted like it was sitting for hours on end.\n\nThe wait for food ismind blowing. At this time there were 4 tables occupied out of the entire building with people. Watching the servers do up theirhair at the bar. Watching them go on their phones and avoid tables at all cost.\n\nWe have never seen service so bad. Servernever checked in on us at all.\n\nCups for drinks (pop) are extremely small. We requested a refill and didn’t get one untilour meal service was done. Our first set of drinks had ice, second had nothing.\n\nMeal portions are brutally small to the priceyou are paying.\n\nWe are all about supporting local. We ordered light... ..just incase...but we were pleasantly surprised that food was much better. Atmosphere was conflicting with live music andambiance ...didn\'t really match up.
