Worst dine-in experience yet. We waited for 1 hr, and server never asked if we wanted refills or to apologize. Finally blamed it... on 20 takeout orders. Kids meals arrived after an hour, and still no adult meals. My son was given a giant pizza with no plateto eat off of and no napkins. They finally brought last 2 meals out in take out containers. We talked to the manager and he took$20 off the meal, hardly compensation for leaving hungry at 7:10pm at night. Table next to us had similar complaints, nonapkins, inattentive server, long wait for bill. Surprised really, as we enjoy eating at Boston Pizza’s, however won’t beback to the Trenton location. Wow. Just wow. When I walked in I wasn’t expecting much (just your standard BP). Let me just say I was greeted with the... biggest smiles and friendliest faces ever. After being sat in a booth of my own choice, my server came over to me. “tattoos?Really? Who is this guy some kind of fulumptalump?” I thought to myself. “Sir, can I get you something to drink?” He askedwith eyes sparkling and a big smile on his face. “I’ll get a coke please!” I responded. Somehow, his smile got wider thanit already was. He stared at me in silence for a few seconds. “We don’t have coke” maintaining his smile. He pulled a 64oz picture filled to the brim with ice and pop from behind his back and hurled it in my face like he had just been waiting forme to ask. As the dust settled, wiping ice and pop from my face and neck, I was speechless. He looked at me and I looked athim. “Is Pepsi okay?” He asked. “Pepsi will be fine.” His confidence and gusto were so powerful that I couldn’t evenbe mad, just, honoured. I got the steak and it was okay. But the most important thing about a business is the people. And hemade that place memorable. He deserves a raise and I’m sure he has a brother that is better looking than him. Read more

I normally enjoy Boston Pizza for their selection and portions however we felt this particular one was lacking quality control. ... My salad was missing 2 ingredients that were right in the title. Our server never did show up to the table and the hostess tookvery good care of us and did discount my meal. Read more

I am typically not someone who would give out a bad review but I felt it necessary for this situation. To start off our server... was fantastic as was the food.. I have no complaints there. When we got inside the restaurant it was extreamly hot and humid, itwas a very hot humid day outside but with the breeze it was much nicer outside than in the restaurant. After being inside therestaurant for about 25 minutes we were both sweating which is not a huge deal but my 2 month old baby was also so sweaty andhot and wouldn't stop crying because she was so hot so we ended up getting to go containers and eating at home. Now I totallyunderstand that the AC was broken and I would have been okay with that except for the fact we were told it has been broken formonths. If it was broken for a couple days and they were waiting for it to get fixed I would not be writing this review.. butmonths ? Thats not acceptable during the heat of the summer. We ended up spending over 60 dollars and we didn't even get toenjoy our meal. I hope this review will assist in making it a priority to get the AC fixed. In the meantime the servers shouldwarn their guests that the AC is broken and it gets quite hot inside and maybe offer a patio seat or the option to chooseanother restaurant. Read more
