It never fails to amaze me how fast food places can not ever get an order right. I usually don't eat at any of the major chains... for this reason. Decided to stop here on a whim and ordered a BLT chicken sandwich. Expectations were low and boy they suredidn't disappoint. Asked for extra tomatoes and extra Lettuce and a sesame bun instead of the rustic bun. Waited 15 mins in theparking lot. Sandwich had no tomatoes and one tiny piece of Lettuce. Not sure how its a BLT without the T! I also ordered apoutine which was awful (was expecting it to be considering its A&W) gave 2 stars solely for the young girl who brought the foodto my car. Terrible service, order was wrong from drive thru, let it go. Waiting in the parking lot for my food for over 20 minutes, the... drink ordered was even incorrect. Went inside to retrieve dinner. This location needs better training for drive thru or needsmore staff. Read more
My goodness A&W what have you done i am sad cant replace patty on best burger ever burger with a beyond meat patty. The staff... doesnt know how to punch it in...poor excuse.
