At 6:30pm on Sunday October 16th i ordered from 2'4'1 pizza for the first time ever... and the last time ever! I ordered a party... pizza chicken chunks and a poutine because i saw an advertisement for the new poutine. The cost of all this was $51 and somechange, i grabbed a $50 and a $20 doller bill as i was going to leave the employees a $10 doller tip with my change (good mooddue to it being my mothers birthday) and the tall male employee with facial hair asked me if i had change i said "no sorry" heshook his head at me and asked "not even a toonie" as he was still shaking his head i went to the car and grabbed the $2 andgave it to him... The NERVE of this guy... he looks at me with a cockeyed smile and said "wasn't that easy" in the MOSTpretentious way possible! Let me tell you... the ONLY reason i didnt throw the pizza back at his smug face and hurl all 6'4280lbs of me over the the counter in a frenzy is because there were two young female employees, one of them was very niceinitially and i didnt want to scare and traumatize them! And let me say i will make sure EVERY interaction i have from now onwith colleagues or friends is going to start and end with 'Never go to 241 pizza! They treat customers like dog cr@p and puttheir employees in dangerous situations. Not to mention i could get 4 Xlarge pizzas at dominos for that price! You should tellyour employees that NOT EVERYONE has the patience or are in the mood for there apprehensive behavior! Read more
Wow just had a terrible experience at 241 Pizza Trenton. The employee was so rude and cranky!! Apparently they have too many... specials to quote and their online specials were not available for me to order when I called. Their website would not create aprofile for me to order online. When I went there she was worse than on the phone. I doubt they get my business again!! Read more
First bite....9.8! Amazing pizza. Got the party pizza, wings and penne. Speechless! Keep up the good work, will never get pizza... elsewhere now. Got alot of extras added and they did just that! Wish I had the food left to share a picture. Read more
BUYER BEWARE WORST SERVICE IN TRENTON! My 16 year old brother wanted to treat the family an called down to order pizza the way... we all like it with bbq sauce drizzled on it. We wait a hour get the pizza an they forgot it. My mom is a very polite lady anworks in the service industry called an told them that they had forgot it an after paying 60$ the man down at the store was nothaving it being really rude an short with her an hung up I called an he laughed at me like it was some kind of joke. My mom wasfed up an went down an asked for a refund they CALLED THE POLICE FOR TRESPASSING on a 16 year old an a 47 year old woman. Read more
Pizza was excellent. First time here & won't be the last. Gentlemen was very friendly & helpful as I wasn't used to their menu.
Just had an unbelievable experience with a staff member. Called to report a piece of paper that I found baked into my pizza. The... staff member was extremely rude and did not even get near to an apology, in fact initially tried to say it was part of the box.I explained the color and said it looked like paper wrapping from the cheese or perhaps the pepperoni. He accepted noresponsibility and finally grudgingly offered to credit me a pizza. I agreed to this and explained that due to his rude behaviorand poor attitude I wanted to speak to the owner. I asked him if he was the owner and he said "close enough". I explained Iwanted his name and would contact the owner. He refused to give his name and got even ruder and aggressive with me. I suggestedthe owner needed to straighten out his attitude and he got even more aggressive. I ended the call and have filed a complaintwith their corporate office. I will also be contacting the BBB. I have to say that I'm the utmost picky eater when it comes to how I like my pizza. These guys made a fabulous pizza that was... cooked to perfection and was amazing. I highly recommend this pizza joint as they definitely give the competition a run fortheir money. Just look at the yummy goodness!!! Service wasn't extraordinary, I mean the personnel never gave a sign they noticed us. Then, even the pizza, I don't know what... happened since the last time I got there, but the dough is chewy. There was the wrong toppings, and if it was the good ones,there wasn't enough. More, employees weren't woring proper PPE. So hygien is to be reconsidered. Read more
