Once in a while they get your order wrong but I can't really be mad at that. Very hard working and friendly staff.
Wendys on South Broad St needs improvement. Every time I go to that location and ask for and PAY for extras I don't receive it.... I'm a firm believer in You pay for something you should get it. When first arrived to the intercom, I said hi, we have a mobile order- I gave them the name. The employee in which I spoke to... asked as though he couldn't find the mobile order. He told me to wait a minute. I waited. I then repeated it again after I wasasked about my order again. I then had to ask if he'd found my order. Yes, this guy sounded annoyed too!! Had he simply said,"Yes, I have your order, please pull up" everything would have went smoother. I've been here twice recently and BOTH times theyforgot the sauce for my family's nuggets. The worse part about today is the fact that I asked the shift manager SPECIFICALLYbefore I left the drive thru window if the sauce was in the bag along with straws. "Yeah, yeah it's all in the bag", he says,seemingly annoyed at the question or still annoyed from the previous customer. This place and the attitude of the workers isgetting worse.
