My previous review still stands...but it is veey disappointing when you try to order food and it goes to voicemail. I can never... call and be able to get through. This restaurant is near me in my neighborhood shopping strip. I purchased a local flavor coupon for them (It's just like... Groupon. I actually bought two I figured what the heck I love Jamaican/Caribbean food why not get two). I tried to order lastmonth I drove there, and they weren't even open (during their stated operating hours). No biggie didn't think much of it. Thenext two times I've tried to call to see if they were open before driving over - no answer both days. Today I called andsomebody answered, boy was I excited. I placed my order and headed over 15 minutes after. Waited ten minutes for my order andwhen I went to pay, I let the girl know I had a "Local Flavor" coupon showing them the scan code. She was like oh we don't takethat. I showed her that it was indeed for her restaurant. She went to get the manager or owner who came out to let me know thatthey don't deal with Local Flavor once again I showed them my phone and showed them their name/logo, scrolled to their addressand phone number. Then the response turned to oh well we haven't been signed up with them since February. Meanwhile I'm standingthere with my phone going, "Okay well, you might not be participating and allowing people to purchase additional couponshowever, I've purchased two and they haven't expired yet. You aren't going to honor what you've singed up and agreed to?" Thewoman said no, and I responded saying, "That's fine, if this is how you treat patrons and potential customers. I'm not one toleave reviews but you can be sure I will today". Meanwhile she's just staring back at me telling me they don't accept the LocalFlavor Tbh, I've eaten here about 4 of months ago, my sister picked up 3 orders. I was planning on meeting my cousin there for dinner and we both kept driving around and couldn't find the place. I finally... called and they said they didn't have a sign out which was weird. It was a hot summer night, we walked in there was not oneperson in the place the place was barely lit and the air conditioner wasn't on. Always, always on point! Ordered my birthday dinner from there, the oxtail dinner. So impressed first of all with the reasonable... price. First of all, I just want to give these ladies a big shoutout for the authentic and spectacular customer service they provide. I... love going here! The first time I visited, I was new to the area and they?re one of the few Jamaican spots nearby. Inside isreally beautiful and well decorated. I love that they try to please the customer as much as possible. Now about the food!! Themenu facilitates both dine in and carry out options. My favorite thing from here is the oxtails, always tender and cooked toperfection. But, I also love trying out the different dishes they have. Last Friday my husband and I got the Hennessy chicken.Totally new, but we enjoyed it immensely and will be back the next time they have it on the menu. Tripple T Caribbean Cuisine is the best Jamaican spot, hands down. I?ve been 3 times and they NEVER fail. Customer service is... pure and friendly, the ambiance is very relaxing and goes well with the island reggae music. The space is very clean and perfectfor family dinners or organized bunches. The only thing I think needs to be addressed is the price? It?s extremely affordablewhich is surprising for how large and quality the dishes are. They might need to up the price a little bit more for the qualityfood, which looks and tastes all natural and freshly made.
