All I wanted was a chalupa and nachos fries. I ordered a Nacho fries deluxe box and patiently waiting to get what I ordered at... the drive through. They ask me to wait in the front due to their busy schedule. 10-15 minutes pass and I went inside to see whatis the hold up?.there was NO NACHOS FRIES NO CHALUPA?apparently the machine wasn?t working. What frustrates me is the fact thatthey didn?t notify us at the drive thru that they?re currently out of order for Chalupas and fries. I even paid for a deluxe boxthat I did not get. That is not how you do business at all. If something on the menu is out of order or no longer available, thecustomers should be notified before ordering and PAYING. They even forgot my drink and didn?t even provide me the correctreplacements that they said they were going to give me. This is unacceptable and they need to work on their professionalism andcustomer service. God Bless Read more

This Taco Bell at Ewing NJ- N Olden Ave makes you wait if you dont want use the auto machine to order - I dont want to use it... so the manager said "well you have to wait" there were 2 more people waiting behind me & they decided to leave - I waited 20minutes till the manager finally came to register and took my order - there are 3 other Taco Bells in my area & you never haveto deal with this - they just take my order without having to wait forever & the one in Ewingvthey dont care so I will just notgo there for lunch anymore Read more

Love Taco bell..for only the tacos themselves. They need to either retrain the staff or have nap time throughout the day. Every... single time we go through the drive thru they sound miserable. We can barely hear the questions they are asking and the stankattitude just needs to go.. Read more

I'm so tired of this store. It's like they're not even trying. Never order online. Never. They will 9 times out of 10 forget... something. You pay extra for a specific drink.You don't get it. Just terrible!! Reason being it's at night my grands have a taste for Taco Bell, not only do we wait in line for over 25mins we... get to the prompter(menu board) a message says we're CLOSED! When we finally get to the drive-thru she(service rep) says "We'reNOT CLOSED" but you have to go back around if you want to place an order! Man we went to Sonic & got everything we wanted with a10min wait....Taco Bell y'all gotta do something about that Read more

Placed an online order and went to pick-up 20 minutes later. Waited almost an hour till I finally asked for a refund which took... even more time. Girl at the counter thought it was more important to sweep the floor than help me. The people that work thereare uneducated, ghetto, just some nasty people. The manager is a joke who doesn't even know basic math. Any manager who tells acustomer to wait because other people are waiting for their food after you have been waiting over 45 minutes needs to befired. I will never go to this place again. I'd rather go anywhere than this place, anywhere! Take it from me do not go to thisTaco Bell, they are completely unorganized and treat people like garbage.
